Cancellations & Refunds:
- Free Cancellation: You may cancel any order free of charge, provided it has not yet shipped, excluding custom or made-to-order products.
- Custom Orders: Sales of custom-made or made-to-order products are final and cannot be canceled or refunded, as these items are tailored specifically for your order.
Returns:
- General Returns: Items must be returned within 30 days of receipt, in their original, unused condition with tags and original packaging. Proof of purchase is required for all returns.
- Return Authorization: Before sending any returns, you must obtain a Return Authorization (RA) number from our support team. Returns without an RA number will not be accepted.
- No Returns to Business Address: Please note that returns are not accepted at our business address. Specific instructions and the appropriate return address will be provided when you obtain your RA number.
- Exchanges: Products may be exchanged depending on product type and price, which is ultimately decided by the business to accept exchanges or not. If a product is eligible for an exchange, the exchange must occur within 30 days of receiving the product and customers are responsible for all associated shipping costs.
- Return Shipping Costs: Customers bear the costs of shipping for all returns and exchanges.
- Restocking Fees: Returns are subject to a 25% restocking fee plus applicable return shipping costs paid by the customer.

- Warranty: Warranty terms vary by manufacturer. Damage reported within 30 days of delivery falls under warranty; otherwise, it is not eligible for warranty claims.
BOGO Promotions:
- Return Policy for BOGO: In a BOGO promotion, both items must be returned to receive a full refund. If only one item is returned, a replacement or store credit may be issued, subject to return shipping charges and restocking fees.
Chargebacks:
